The Challenge
Vivente was already featured on the wine lists of top Michelin-starred restaurants in Brazil, but its direct-to-consumer (DTC) channel wasn’t reaching its full potential. The e-commerce store lacked structure, the brand identity didn’t reflect the quality and consistency of the wines, and there was no CRM or paid media strategy to boost online sales.
